- Indian gooseberries (Amla) – 350 gms
- Ghee – 1/3 cup
- Jaggery (Gud) -- 400 gms
- Saffron (Kesar) – 2-3 strands
For spice powder:
- Bay leaf (Tej Patta) – 1
- Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini) – 1-inch
- Dry ginger (saunth) – 10 gms
- Bamboo Manna (Vanshlochan) – 10 gms
- Long pepper (Pipli) – 10 gms
